Captain Zayn makes sure that Panache runs smoothly. The Chef Jessie with her fine Cuisine, stewardess Charmaine and last but not least Deckhand Graeme. Together the crew makes a fantastic team and will ensure you the vacation of a lifetime aboard Panache. Captain: Zayn hails from a small coastal town on the East Coast of Southern Africa. Growing up on and around yachts he has an enthusiastic love for the ocean and all things nautical. Zayn has worked in the Maritime Industry for over ten years aboard both sailing and power vessels. During this time he has made several Trans Atlantic passages and sailed throughout the Caribbean, South and North Pacific, Indian Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, as well as the Alaskan inside passage. With his adventurous personality, great sense of humor and the professional manner in which he conducts himself , he will be sure to make your experience onboard both safe and enjoyable. Chef: Jessie comes from Atlanta and developed her skills working at a culinary art school before moving on to work at the historic Madderson in Georgia. Being featured in a 1000 Places To See Before You Die, working with the owner who is a top food stylist in Atlanta and Los Angeles. Due to her adventurous nature and love for travel Jessie decided to bring her passion for the culinary arts to the yachting industry. Stewardess: Charmiane will be joining panache on the 19 of November after two seasons working on yachts in the Mediterranean. She is also South African and has been working in the yachting industry for several years. With her high standard of service and easy going personality she is sure to make your stay a pleasant experience. Deckhand: Graeme has previously raced sailboats
and was also born on the coast of South Africa and he has always
been in and around the ocean. Due to his love for boats he decided
to pursue a career in the yachting industry.
